Shipping & payments
Ships from Finland.
The following shipping costs will be added to the order when proceeding the payment:
FINLAND
- Orders with LP(s) 9 €
- Other orders 5 €
EUROPE
- Orders with 1 LP (+other products) 17 €
- Orders with at least 2 LP's (+other products) 23 €
- Other orders 7 €
REST OF THE WORLD
- Orders with 1 LP (+other products) 27 €
- Orders with at least 2 LP's (+other products) 44 €
- Other orders 9 €
In KUOPIO AREA you can also select "Pick up or delivery 0 €". In this case, please ask/provide details about your preferred method (ie. delivery address) in the notes field when proceeding the order.
The orders will be shipped within 7 working days (except for preorders, that will be shipped a couple of days before the official release date). Please contact us via contact page if you have questions or special wishes.
The product can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect of faulty. In such cases, please contact us via contact page.
We ship to most countries using Posti (Finnish postal service). If you don't find your country, you can always ask us if it's a mistake only.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. PayPal
You can pay by PayPal account or by credit card securely through PayPal. All you need is PayPal username. If you don't have one, you can create it quickly when ordering.
2. Bank wire transfer
You can pay by bank wire transfer. The order will be shipped within 7 working days after we've received your payment.
3. Cash or MobilePay (Kuopio area only)
If you select pick up or delivery in Kuopio area, you can pay your order by cash or MobilePay when you receive your order.
